seasons poem



Seasons
What is this poem trying to describe?
. The tree that grows next to the gate
. what happens to the tree in the seasons
.  describing the things that happen
What do you visualise throughout the poem?
. The tree and how it lives it life
. what it looks like

Which metaphor is your favourite and why?
. In winter its a black skeleton
. why because in winter the trees look like its halloween

The first line and the last line of the poem are the same.  Why do you think this is?  What was the author trying to communicate?
. There is a tree that grows by the gate
